Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for StrongWomen Classes and Retreats:

1. Deposits: All deposits made to secure your place on a class or retreat are non-refundable.

2. Full Balance: The full balance for the retreat or class is to be paid either in cash (for classes) or via the website (see individual retreat details)

3. Cancellation Process: In the event that you cancel a class or do not arrive, you will lose the deposit.
   If you have booked a place on a retreat and want to cancel, each case will be reviewed individually. We will consider the circumstances with kindness and empathy to make a decision on any potential refunds or credits.

Please note that our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate of our guests’ needs while also ensuring the sustainability of our classes / retreat program. Thank you for your understanding
