It´s the time of year to remind ourselves to celebrate the nourishing light of the sun and the light within each of us.

The days become lighter for longer and our energy changes as we move into summer.

Explore how breath and movement can help you manage these changes. In a safe, comfortable space with supportive women.

StrongWomen classes are all about exercising for the feel-good benefits rather than trying to achieve a certain look. We use meditation, Yoga, Boxercise and other disciplines to create a balanced, unique programme that will leave you feeling calm on the inside, strong on the outside.

We welcome all levels of fitness, you don´t need previous experience in Boxercise or Yoga to join in and enjoy the class . We will guide you every step of the way!

What to wear:
Comfortable sportswear
Clean (indoor) trainers for Boxercise if you don´t want to go barefoot

What to bring:
Yoga mat and boxing gloves if you have them (we will provide them if not)
Some water, a small towel and something to warmer to wear during relaxation (weather dependent)
Cash balance for class Euros 15
